Delivery Times for EU, UK and US Customers:

  • Small parcels typically arrive within three business days.
  • Larger shipments might take 3-5 business days. For any specific shipping inquiries, reach out to us at darviihome@hotmail.com. At present, our shipping services are available only to customers in the EU and the United Kingdom and in America.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping to numerous locations. However, certain remote or island areas may not be eligible; please contact us beforehand if you live in such regions.

Currently, we provide delivery services solely within the EU and UK, with free shipping and inclusive taxes for these areas.

Important Notice:

Once in transit, address changes are not allowed. We utilize a standard shipping method based on the package's size and weight, with no alternate options available.

Stock Availability and Delivery Timeline:

If the items you ordered are in stock, they will be delivered within the timeframe specified on the product page.

Post-Order Process:

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking details once your items have been shipped. Please check your email frequently for updates.

Tracking Information:

Tracking details will be shared once your order departs our warehouse. Updates to tracking will only be visible after the package reaches the destination country and is transferred to the local carrier.

No taxes are charged for EU, UK and US customers.
